Our soul (mind/will/emotions) is often where we get stuck in life - in what we think, feel and do.

The good news is,  there is hope! A way to live from rest, experience real freedom and a full life that comes as we discover where we're at, the truth of who we really are in Christ and all we have because of who He is and what He has done.
