Frequently asked questions

It's a practical discipleship tool used to unpack your Unique Self Temperament, History, Emotional Identity, Attempts to Change and Coping Mechanisms. It gives a clear picture of where you are and why you do what you do. During the process we'll discover lying thoughts and emotions and contrast your emotional identity with your spiritual identity, learning how to live from your true identity in Christ as you abide in Jesus, moment by moment.

A minimum of 8 sessions, we won't rush but we won't linger where we don't need to either.

Each session goes for 1 hour.

Meeting regularly (fortnightly) helps with continuity and application, but I am able to meet around your availability.

Let’s discuss what suits us both, we can meet either in person on the Sunshine Coast or online via Zoom.

$60 per hour (happy to discuss other options if needed).

You will receive an invoice after each session with bank details etc.

You will receive a Confidentiality Agreement form with your intake paperwork. Please read through this agreement and take note of our terms of confidentiality before signing and returning it.
