Step 1. Let's Chat

Step 2. Intake Paperwork
Ready to get started? Once I have your details I'll email your intake paperwork to you to complete and return. Then we can start our sessions together, either in person or online, depending what works best for us both.
Step 3. Circuit Profile
From there we will begin your Circuit Profile, it's a practical discipleship tool used to unpack your Unique Self Temperament, History, Emotional Identity, Attempts to Change and Coping Mechanisms. It gives a clear picture of where you are and why you do what you do.
During the process we'll discover lying thoughts and emotions and contrast your emotional identity with your spiritual identity, learning how to live from your true identity in Christ as you abide in Jesus, moment by moment.
Oh my soul is a space where, using the Circuit Profile Tool you will:

It takes approximately 8 x 1 hour sessions to complete,
however, there's no rush, it's about revelation not just information.
Step 4. Ongoing Discipleship
Completing your Circuit Profile is just the start of the journey, ongoing discipleship continues while you begin to apply the truth that you're discovering to your everyday life.
